About

I am a multi-disciplinary artist based in the south of England.

My work is an ongoing exploration of my connection to landscape and how we collect and recall memories. Integrating elements of old folk customs and ritual woven through with themes of mental health, OCD, and personal identity, my current project centres around the stones I obsessively collect and their use as portals and vessels that carry the memory and spirit of place.

I am interested in distortion and the disrupted image and how many obstacles I can put between myself and the final piece, embracing mistakes and accidents and glitches. Working primarily with printmaking and alternative photographic processes, more recently I have also been playing with found sound and motion picture film. I have created several sound pieces for The Dark Outside, a site-specific 24 hour FM radio broadcast, and to commemorate the occasion of the Epping Forest broadcast in 2019 I collaborated with TDO and 1of100 to produce a t-shirt (now long sold out).

I can also be found working as stills photographer and sometimes producer for Hollow Mountain Films
